Task Cards That Are Organized By Guided Reading Level--and A Freebie

I hope that this new school year has been going great for you.  The beginning of the school year is always an exciting time.  I am back with a freebie and an additional useful classroom resource.  Many of us are full swing into Common Core.  I created a free  Common Core progress monitoring chart. This can be added to student folders and is a great tool for communicating with parents.Click Here To Access It

I have also created task cards that are organized by guided reading level.  When I selected books to use during guided reading, I always wished there were task cards that were aligned to my students' guided reading levels.  My goal then became to create task cards. Students build phonics and comprehension skills at the same time.  The task cards use controlled text so that students review the same phonics sounds repeatedly throughout their task card levels.Click Here To Access Them
