Entrance/Exit Tickets

This past June, I changed my classroom theme to:

Starnes's Stunning Stars

(Movie Stars)

I have always used entrance and exit slips in my room. 

Students come in and read the words on the wall, I have a checklist where I mark what they got right or wrong.  This year I changed them to actual tickets, like movie tickets.

They come in in the morning and read the list to me.

I follow the Scott Foresman, Reading Street series. My words are in that order.
