Do you have an Independent Reading Center? Do you ever wonder exactly which books your students are reading at that center? I use this sheet to keep my students on track in the independent reading center. They record the titles of 3 books they have read. Then, at the end of the week, I pick a few sheets at random and have those students read to me one book they have read to themselves. I’ts a great way to keep kids reading on-level books. You can grab a FREE copy for your class from Google Docs.
