Do you celebrate Clown's week?

The first week of August it's International Clown Week, and that has us thinking about this ancient figure, who is the primal source of laughter.

Clown for a day!
Face paint:
you need
1 tsp of cornstarch
1/2 tsp of cold cream
1/2 tsp of cold water
food coloring

Mix the ingredients and use it. You can wash it off with cold cream.
We pretended to be a clown. Walked like a clown, smiled like a clown, talked like a clown, dressed like a clown.
We sang Five little clowns using our fingers

I made these Alphabet cards to match upper and lower case letters.
Hop over my blog and read more ideas to celebrate Clown's week at home or school
