Memory games are a classic, easy center to help students work on a variety of standards. Here are some suggestions of memory games:
Math: addition, subtraction, multiplication or division facts, geometry terminology, clocks and their times, money and their amounts, numbers and their doubles, word problems and their answers, etc.
Language Arts: sentences with words underlined and their parts of speech, vocabulary and definition, stories read by the class and their important characters, pictures and their beginning or ending sounds. etc.
Science: vocabulary and definition or picture, animals and habitats, animal moms and animal babies, elements and their properties, etc.
Social Studies: vocabulary and definition or picture, important people and their accomplishments, states or countries and their capitols, important events and the year they happened, etc.
