Make an ICK Word

Help your students easily pick out those ick words in their reading and writing by letting them make their own.  My students love to make words at our word family center.  This week we’re working on ick words!
Use this center one of two ways:
1.  Let students make the words first and then see if they can find the pictures to match the words they have made.
2.  Let students pick a picture first and then see if they can make the word that matches the picture.
